Midnight Crown Series of Poker is a social No-Limit Hold’em game for Android and Windows, created by Cyrazz Studio's and A State of Cult. This website provides information and account services, including rankings and tournament registration. Poker gameplay takes place in the app, not in this browser.

The game is designed for entertainment with virtual coins: no real-money wagers, no cash withdrawal and no prizes with monetary value. “Cash games”, “stakes” and “buy-ins” describe game formats and virtual coin amounts, not cash betting. Private yachts, rooms, trophies and ownership refer to virtual experiences and items, not real-world property.

The contracting operator is Cyrazz Digital Solutions, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), at Loolaan 41-76, 7314AD Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 42001435. VAT ID: NL005425491B66. Cyrazz Studio's and A State of Cult remain the credited creators.

These draft terms describe the website and the intended app service. They are not a gambling-law certification. Complete purchase-stage disclosures and effective launch terms still need to be finalised.

Coins, chips and in-game balances are virtual items for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, real-world goods or services. Selling accounts, coins or items outside the game, or using private rooms to arrange real-money betting or settlement, is not permitted.

Corrections to virtual balances must be justified by technical errors or breaches of these terms and proportionate to the issue. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights relating to purchased digital content or services.

The game is intended to be free to play with optional coin bundles and digital extras. This website does not provide checkout or private-room booking. Any paid app offer must identify the seller, the content or service, total price including applicable taxes, access period, compatibility, and any renewal and cancellation terms before you order.

Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, immediate delivery only removes that right where all legal conditions are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgment of losing the right and the required confirmation. Starting a continuing membership or service does not automatically remove its entire withdrawal right; different early-performance rules can apply.

Statutory remedies for digital content or services that are not supplied as agreed remain separate from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. Contact support with your order reference for purchase complaints; relevant app-store procedures may also apply without removing your rights against the responsible seller.

Keep your login details confidential and report suspected unauthorised access. One account per person. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate others. Account creation requires the information requested in the registration form; without it, we cannot provide an account.

Account restrictions for cheating, abuse or security risks must be proportionate. You can contact support to ask for the reason and request a review; immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect users or the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Registration requires explicit age confirmation and acknowledgment of the Code of Conduct, including possible suspension, permanent exclusion or account deletion for breaches, normally without restitution and always subject to mandatory consumer rights. Supported territories remain to be confirmed.

Play fair. The use of bots, automated tools, collusion, chip dumping, multiple accounts or any form of cheating is not allowed and can lead to suspension or removal of your account and virtual balances.

Some tables may include AI-controlled house players to fill empty seats. Career is a separate personal journey against house characters, not other human players; its progress is separate from the season.

Maintenance, security incidents and technical faults can interrupt access. Changes may be needed for legal requirements, security, technical compatibility or service improvements; this does not allow arbitrary removal of purchased access or promised benefits.

Changes to ongoing paid digital content or services must meet applicable legal conditions, including any valid contractual reason, information, advance notice on a durable medium, and termination or other remedies required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer rights, including conformity, supply, refund and other statutory remedies for digital content or services. Technical interruptions do not, by themselves, cancel those rights.

Updates may be needed for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes must be explained, with the notice and choices required by applicable law. Publishing a new version or continued use alone does not override mandatory rights or any requirement for your agreement.

Raise complaints first through the contact address below, including the relevant account or order reference but never your password or verification codes. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting a competent authority or court, or removes mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable. No exclusive forum or governing-law clause is imposed in this draft.
